Our Story
(REGS) was established in 2002 to enable individuals play golf more often as part of a wider community. REGS has a solid local base of golf enthusiasts, swelled twofold by our regular, seasonal visitors. The current membership is an interesting, multi- cultural mix with a broad age range and level of handicap.
The common spoken language is English with matching repartee.
The
REGS organizes a WEEKLY competition every Sunday throughout the year at various courses across the Riviera. ONCE a MONTH we hold a Medal Round, your score is recorded and counts towards your official handicap though this will change when the World Handicap System is adopted in 2020.
Competitions are organised under the regulations of the Féderation Française de Golf (FFG) and require that members hold a valid FFG licence as a condition of membership. This FFG licence incorporates public liability insurance. We can help you with the paperwork if necessary.
Players from other European countries with a National Licence can participate as members of their national federations
